How much will it cost to get my private pilot's license? The more often that you can fly, and the more diligent you are in your studies, the more cost effective it can become. While we cannot give you an exact fixed dollar amount, we would love to schedule a private consultation with you to discuss the process in depth to address how we can best meet your needs. Schedule today by calling (615) 323-3123. One thing we can assure you - with our detailed, thorough, and standardized curriculum, our certified flight instructors (CFIs) will be able to guide you through the certification process as efficiently as possible to save you time and money!

How quickly can I get a pilot's license? This can vary from student to student, however the more you fly, the sooner you will get your license. If you can fly between 2-3 times each week, your training can most likely be completed within a 3-to-4-month time period. Flying High Again students who train multiple times per week are the most likely to complete the program close to the FAA minimum hour requirements. Flying High Again trains you to proficiency, not just minimum hours to make you the best pilot around! However, we understand that many of our clients fly for fun and have other life commitments that do not allow them to fly full time, and that’s ok – Life Happens! These clients tend to obtain their certificates with a few more hours of training.

What happens during inclement weather? In the event of inclement weather (low visibility, low ceilings, stormy weather, high winds, etc.), your instructor will contact you and inform you of the plan of action. The safety of our students and our employees is a #1 priority. We do recommend that you still try to have a lesson during those days where you are unable to fly either in a ground lesson or on our Redbird TD2 Flight Simulator.

How do I pay?At Flying High Again we make is easy for you. You can pay each time you fly by cash, check, or major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or ACH transfers from your checking account.
